I've paid, now what?

Now we begin!We pull you into a slack channel with our project manager and editors using the email you provided us, we ask you a few questions, get you onboarded, and get you up and rolling!

How Long does onboarding take?

Onboarding can take anywhere between 3-14 days, depending on scope and scale of the project. If your onboarding lasts longer than 14 days, then your subscription will be put on hold until completion.

How many videos per month can i sign up for?

Paying grants you the amount of videos you have selected on the payment screen as a monthly amount. Our limit is anywhere between 1-112 pieces per month. Anything larger will require you to get in contact with us below.

What is the average turnaround time for a piece?

Anywhere between 1-3 working days, depending on project scope and number of new signups.

What forms of language do you serve?

At this present moment in time, we only serve english and hindi speaking brands.That is not a hard limit however. If you would like to enquire about signing on and your target audience isn't hindi or english speaking, get in touch below and we may be able to make it work.

Do you only do short for videos?

Short form content is our bread and butter, our specialisiation. However, it is not all we offer; we have done longform YT videos, video copy for adds, and social media account management.If you have a special request, inquire, and lets see if we can make it happen.

Do you offer free samples? How do i go about claiming it?
